To clean your carpet, we use hot water extraction. Unlike carpet shampooing or dry cleaning, hot water extraction won’t damage your carpet fibers or leave behind any residue. These machines pump hot water into your carpet to release any dirt deep within the fibers, then extract the water and remove the dirt. The powerful suction removes a significant amount of water so your carpet will dry within hours. On the day of cleaning, our team will do the following:
- Inspect the areas you want to be cleaned and talk through the process with you
- Assess the type of carpet fibers and soil level
- Determine the most appropriate cleaning method
- Move any furniture that is still in the way
- Spot treat any areas that need extra attention
- Clean the areas you have requested with our 2 step process that prolongs the life of your carpet:
- A machine scrubs the carpet with a solution to encapsulate dirt particles. Hard-to-reach corners are sprayed manually and scrubbed with a brush.
- A hot water extraction process removes the dirt and cleaning solution to leave the carpet fresh.
We recommend anywhere from 8-24 hour dry time, depending on the area.
